ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a primary Customer Service Representative / Manager to grow with our Agency (preferrably with State Farm experience). We are 7 years into Agency & looking to build the team long term! This position will be a hybrid remote / in office schedule to start with the ability to be fully remote. As an office, we are in full growth mode as an Agency. We have to pivot, look for gaps in coverages for existing & new clients & share the Agency vision of growth. We have a great small team set in place for the future with a great office dynamic & we're looking to add another vital piece to the team. Office location - Just outside Philadelphia near City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pivot from existing clients & uncovering needs.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Writing new business on occasion from pivots, walk & call ins.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dedicated to customer service & sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
